What data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name or website, if provided
• The content of your message

Our hosting provider may also process technical data such as your IP address and browser information in server logs, for security and operational purposes.

Why we collect it

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted unless we are legally required to retain it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) acting as a data processor. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
